The meditation cushion facilitates the physical stillness that is part of a seated meditation practice.

The cushion is filled with buckwheat hulls, the amount of which can be adjusted to your own comfort and needs. The contents of the cushion perfectly adapt to the shape of the body and provide insulation from surfaces that are usually cold. The cotton cover features a handle for easy transport and carrying of the cushion, as well as a zipper for machine washing.
