The FLOW Coated 3 mm Yoga Mat, Burgundy Rounded, combines a soft microfiber surface with an additional resin coating that increases friction and enhances grip stability. It is a particularly good choice if your hands tend to stay dry during practice.

The rubber base keeps the mat securely in place on the floor, while the surface provides comfort during fluid yoga sequences and exercises. The mat is washable, though please keep in mind that frequent washing will naturally weaken the coating properties over time.

Grip activation

The mat's grip increases as your body warms up. During your first asanas, focus on pressing your hands and feet down firmly. Over time, the microfiber will become more textured and the grip optimal. Tip: If you want to activate 100% grip from the very first second, lightly spray your hands or the mat with water.

Care Instructions

It is best to wipe the mat with a damp cloth. For more stubborn dirt, it can be machine washed at a maximum of 30°C (without spinning, tumble drying, or detergents). Dry flat.

To ensure your mat lasts as long as possible:

• store it rolled up – long-term folding can leave permanent creases and marks,
• unroll it on a smooth, level surface and avoid contact with sharp objects, stones, or uneven ground, which can damage the thin layer of rubber,
• protect the mat from prolonged exposure to high temperatures and intense sunlight – these can accelerate the natural aging of the rubber, leading to hardening, crumbling, or delamination.

Allergy notice

This product contains natural, biodegradable rubber. Individuals with a rubber allergy should avoid contact with the mat.

Clean ingredients

100% biodegradable natural rubber and safe microfiber bonded using a thermal welding method (no toxic glues) along with water-based dyes. Benefit: You can be sure the product is safe for your skin and respiratory system. The mat is free from lead, cadmium, latex, and silicones.

🌏 Raw material origin

China. The rubber trees from which the raw material is sourced do not naturally grow on plantations in Europe. To maintain the highest quality, the base of the mat is molded close to the source of the natural raw material.

📦 Secure packaging

We strive to eliminate unnecessary plastic. The mat is packed exclusively in a thin protective film and a 100% biodegradable cardboard box.

🐾 Second life of the mat

When your mat naturally wears out after years of intensive practice, send it back to us. We will donate it to animal shelters, where it will serve as a safe, warm, and easy-to-clean bedding for homeless dogs and cats.
