Terms and Conditions of the “Open-Air Training” classes
The organizer of the “Open-Air Training” series, hereinafter referred to as the event or classes, is JOY IN ME S.C., ul. Ogrodowa 48/54, 00-876 Warsaw, NIP: 5272882838, and Iga Majewska, conducting business under the company name “Warsaw Pilates Iga Majewska”, with a permanent place of business in Warsaw at ul. Jana Kazimierza 12/35 (01-248 Warsaw), registered in the CEIDG, holding NIP number: 8212563835.

TICKET PURCHASE

By purchasing a ticket, the Customer simultaneously confirms that they have read these Terms and Conditions and fully accepts them.

Tickets for the event are non-refundable, so please purchase thoughtfully.

The ticket price for one person is 89 PLN.

Tickets are sold on the JOYINME brand website. First come, first served.

One Customer may purchase more than one ticket. There is no limit on group purchases.

The Customer is not required to print the ticket. Showing it on a smartphone is sufficient.

If a Customer cannot attend the event, they may resell the ticket on their own by posting on the Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/warsawpilatespopup. We do not act as intermediaries in the resale of tickets.
II. GENERAL RULES

The classes last 50 minutes and are conducted in Polish by properly qualified instructors.

The Organizer provides mats and equipment needed for exercises, as well as a changing area in the restrooms.

Anyone over the age of 18 may participate in the events. In the case of minors, the presence and care of a legal guardian are required.

During the classes, the use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited. The Customer is required to mute sounds and vibrations on their smartphone.

To reach the designated point, all participants must gather at the building's reception 10 minutes before the class starts. From there, Customers will be escorted to the location by event staff.

We do not accept sports cards.

The level of the classes is adjusted to the group, and there is no need to know the method or specific exercises to benefit from the classes.

Those arriving more than 20 minutes late may be denied entry to the class and the facility.

The Organizer is not responsible for items left in the restroom, the exercise area, or other common areas of the facility.
III. INSURANCE AND LEGAL LIABILITY

Participants take full responsibility for their mental and physical health during the event.

Our events do not include participant insurance. The Organizer is not liable for any health, material, psychological, or mental damage caused during the event.

The Organizer is not liable for any damage resulting from circumstances beyond their control, i.e., in particular those resulting from fire, flood, strikes, border closures, pandemics, and other unforeseen circumstances, which may partially or completely disrupt the fulfillment of the order.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms of the regulations at any time during their validity, of which they will inform participants via information posted on the website: warsawpilates.pl

In cases not covered by the Terms and Conditions, the Organizer shall make a decision, and in such a case, undertakes to inform participants of the changes in a timely manner.
IV. SCHEDULE CHANGE AND CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the class schedule in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness of the instructor, bad weather, fortuitous events, etc.).

In the event of class cancellation, a change of date, or a change of instructor, the Organizer will immediately inform Customers of this fact via email at the address provided during ticket purchase.

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the event in the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond the organizer's control. In such a case, the participant has the right to choose one of the following options:

a full refund of the amount paid;

transfer of the paid amount towards the next event.

In the event of event cancellation, the Organizer reserves the right to inform participants directly via email. A full refund will be processed within 14 days of the event cancellation.
V. HEALTH CONDITION AND CONTRAINDICATIONS

Only healthy individuals without medical contraindications may participate in the classes. Persons with health problems are obliged to inform the instructor about them before starting the exercises, as well as during their course.

The organizers are not responsible for the negative effects of the exercises on health. The instructor has the right to refuse entry to the room to a person suspected of having medical contraindications for exercise, as well as to a person suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or any intoxicants.

The participant declares that they have no health or medical contraindications to practicing the activities planned for execution. The participant declares that they undertake such activities entirely at their own risk and will bear full responsibility for any possible negative consequences of the activities undertaken.
VI. USE OF THE PARTICIPANT'S IMAGE

The course of the event may be documented by the Organizer in the form of photos and audio-video recordings.

Participation in the classes is synonymous with the participant's consent to the free-of-charge, unlimited-in-time and territory use of their image captured in photos or recordings, in materials covering the event, or in materials promoting the class series.
