"Good Morning Yoga with Ania" Event Regulations

Terms and Conditions of the "Good Morning Yoga with Ania" Event, hereinafter referred to as the "Event"

1. The Event is organized by JOY IN ME PAULINA NIEDZIELSKA, JAGODA SCHÄPPER SPÓŁKA CYWILNA (registered business address and correspondence address: ul. Ogrodowa 48/54, 00-876 Warsaw), civil partnership tax ID (NIP): 5272882838, civil partnership statistical number (REGON): 382567417, email address: contact@joyinmepl.sbs (hereinafter: Organizer).

2. The Event consists of group yoga classes with an instructor and will take place in Warsaw at Karłowicza 18/1, Warsaw.

3. The Organizer reserves the right to limit the number of tickets for the classes – there are 10 tickets available for each yoga lesson on a selected day and at a selected time.

4. One yoga lesson within the "Good Morning Yoga with Ania" series lasts 60 minutes.

5. The price of one ticket for a single yoga lesson is 49 PLN.

6. Ticket sales for the event are conducted exclusively through the website www.joyinmepl.sbs.

7. By purchasing a ticket, the participant agrees to the content of these Terms and Conditions and consents to the processing and disclosure of personal data by the Organizer for the purpose of carrying out the Event.

8. All adults with full legal capacity may participate in the Event and therefore purchase tickets.

9. It is not possible to enter the Event without prior purchase of a ticket for the appropriate group.

10. It is not possible to attend the Event in a group other than the one for which the ticket was purchased.

11. Purchased tickets are non-refundable.

12. Hand disinfection is mandatory upon entry and exit. Hand and mat disinfectants will be available on-site.

13. During the classes, participants must follow all instructions and comments provided by the instructor.

14. The Organizer reserves the right to change the date of the Event or cancel it (e.g., due to an escalation of the epidemiological situation), and in such a case, undertakes to inform participants by electronic means about the new date of the Event.

15. By purchasing a ticket, persons participating in the Event declare that they have no health contraindications to perform physical exercises and that they participate in the classes at their own risk.

16. In the event of malaise, injuries, or other health problems, the participant is obliged to inform the instructor of this fact before the start of the class.

17. Minors without adult supervision, persons with health contraindications for physical activity, and pregnant women may not participate in the classes.

18. The Organizer is not liable for any health damage, bodily injury, loss of health, or illnesses suffered by a participant during the classes.

22. The Organizer has the right to refuse a participant entry to the Event if they show symptoms of illness, in particular those indicating the possibility of infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus. In such a situation, the ticket price paid by the participant will be refunded after deducting the costs that the Organizer has had to incur so far in connection with the contract concluded with the participant.

23. The Organizer has the right to deny participation in the Event to any person under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants. In the above case, the participant is not entitled to a refund for the Event.

24. Event participants grant the Organizer free-of-charge consent to record their image in promotional materials created during the Event and published in media belonging to Joy in me s.c.

25. Data processing is carried out within the scope defined by the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018, and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

26. The Administrator, i.e., the entity deciding on how personal data—specifically name, surname, email address, phone number—will be used, is JOY IN ME PAULINA NIEDZIELSKA, JAGODA SCHÄPPER SPÓŁKA CYWILNA (registered business address and correspondence address: ul. 27. Complaints related to the Event will be accepted by the Organizer in writing, sent to the Organizer's address within 14 days from the date of the Event's conclusion.

28. A Complaints Committee consisting of representatives of the Organizer is appointed to resolve complaints.

29. In the case of a complaint sent by mail, the date of its dispatch is decisive.

30. Complaints submitted by participants will be considered by the Complaints Committee no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.

31. Interested parties will be notified of the resolution of the complaint by registered letter sent no later than 7 days from the date the complaint was resolved by the Complaints Committee.

32. The decision of the Complaints Committee regarding the submitted complaint is final, which does not exclude the participant's right to pursue non-acknowledged claims through legal proceedings.
