"Fragrance in me" Event Regulations

Terms and Conditions of the "Fragrance in me" Event, hereinafter referred to as the "Event"

1. The organizer of the Event is JOY IN ME PAULINA NIEDZIELSKA, JAGODA SCHÄPPER SPÓŁKA CYWILNA (business address and correspondence address: ul. Ogrodowa 48/54, 00-876 Warsaw), civil partnership tax ID (NIP) 5272882838, civil partnership statistical number (REGON) 382567417, email address: contact@joyinmepl.sbs (hereinafter: Organizer).

2. The Event consists of group yoga classes with an instructor and will take place in Gdańsk at the address Stągiewna 26 in Gdańsk.

3. The Organizer reserves that the pool of tickets for the classes is limited – 14 tickets are available for one yoga lesson on a selected day and at a selected time.

4. The price of one ticket for one event is 129 PLN.

5. Ticket sales for the event are conducted solely and exclusively through the website www.joyinmepl.sbs.

6. By purchasing a ticket, the participant agrees to the content of these Terms and Conditions and consents to the processing and disclosure of personal data by the Organizer for the purpose of carrying out the
   Event.

7. Participation in the Event and, consequently, the purchase of tickets is open to all adults with full legal capacity.

8. Entry to the Event without prior purchase of a ticket for the appropriate group is not possible.

9. It is not possible to attend the Event in a group other than the one for which the ticket was purchased.

10. Purchased tickets are non-refundable.

11. Hand disinfection is mandatory upon entry and exit. Hand and mat disinfectant will be available on site.

12. During the classes, all recommendations and instructions of the instructor leading the classes must be followed.

13. The Organizer reserves the right to change the date of the Event or cancel it (e.g., due to an escalation of the epidemiological situation), and in such a case, undertakes to inform participants via electronic means about the new date of the Event.

14. By purchasing a ticket, persons taking part in the Event declare that they have no health contraindications to perform physical exercises and participate in the classes at their own risk.

15. In case of malaise, injuries, or other health problems, the participant of the class is obliged to inform the instructor of this fact before the start of the class.

16. Minors without adult supervision, people with health contraindications to physical activity, and pregnant women may not participate in the classes.

17. The Organizer is not responsible for any health damage, bodily injury, loss of health, or illnesses suffered by the participant during the classes.

22. The Organizer has the right to refuse a participant's participation in the Event if they show symptoms of illness, in particular those indicating the possibility of SARS-CoV-2 infection. In such a situation, the ticket price paid by the participant will be refunded after deducting the costs that the Organizer had to incur so far in connection with the agreement concluded with the participant.

23. The Organizer has the right to deny participation in the Event to any person under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants. In the above case, the participant is not entitled to a refund for the Event.

24. Event participants grant the Organizer free consent to record their image in promotional materials created during the Event and published in media owned by Joy in me s.c.

25. Data processing is carried out within the scope defined by the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

26. The Administrator, i.e., the entity deciding how personal data—specifically name, surname, email address, phone number—will be used, is JOY IN ME PAULINA NIEDZIELSKA, JAGODA SCHÄPPER SPÓŁKA CYWILNA (business address and correspondence address: ul. 27. Complaints related to the Event will be accepted by the Organizer in written form
    to the Organizer's address within 14 days from the end date of the Event.

28. A Complaint Committee composed of representatives of the Organizer is appointed to resolve complaints.

29. In the case of a complaint sent by mail, the date of its dispatch is decisive.

30. Complaints submitted by participants will be considered by the Complaint Committee no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.

31. The interested parties will be notified of the resolution of the complaint by registered letter sent no later than 7 days from the date the complaint was resolved by the Complaint
    Committee.

32. The decision of the Complaint Committee regarding the submitted complaint is final, which does not exclude the participant's right to pursue unsatisfied claims through court proceedings.
