"Feel the inner flow Warsaw" Event Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions of the "Feel the inner flow Warsaw" Event, hereinafter referred to as the "Event"

1. The organizer of the Event is JOY IN ME PAULINA NIEDZIELSKA, JAGODA SCHÄPPER SPÓŁKA CYWILNA (registered business address and correspondence address: ul. Ogrodowa 48/54, 00-876 Warsaw), partnership tax ID (NIP): 5272882838, partnership statistical number (REGON): 382567417, email address: contact@joyinmepl.sbs (hereinafter: Organizer).

2. The Event consists of group yoga classes with an instructor and will take place in Warsaw at Karłowicza 18/1, Warsaw.

3. The Organizer reserves that the ticket pool for the classes is limited – 7 tickets are available per yoga session on a selected day and at a selected time.

4. One yoga session as part of "Feel the inner flow Warsaw" lasts 60 minutes.

5. The price of one ticket for one yoga session is PLN 49.

6. Ticket sales for the event are conducted exclusively via the website www.joyinmepl.sbs.

7. By purchasing a ticket, the participant agrees to the content of these Terms and Conditions and consents to the processing and sharing of personal data by the Organizer for the purpose of executing
   the Event.

8. All adults with full legal capacity may participate in the Event and thus purchase tickets.

9. It is not possible to enter the Event without first purchasing a ticket for the appropriate group.

10. It is not possible to attend the Event in a different group than the one for which a ticket was purchased.

11. Purchased tickets are non-refundable.

12. Mandatory hand sanitization is required upon entry and exit. Hand and mat sanitizers will be available on site.

13. During the classes, you must follow all instructions and comments of the instructor conducting the classes.

14. The Organizer reserves the right to change the date of the Event or cancel it (e.g., due to an escalation of the epidemiological situation), and in such a case, undertakes to inform participants electronically about the new date of the Event.

15. By purchasing a ticket, persons taking part in the Event declare that they have no health contraindications to performing physical exercises and participate in the classes at their own risk.

16. In case of feeling unwell, injuries, or other health problems, the participant is obliged to inform the teacher about this fact before the start of the class.

17. Minors without adult supervision, persons with health contraindications to physical activity, and pregnant women may not participate in the classes.

18. The Organizer is not responsible for any health damage, bodily harm, loss of health, or illness suffered by the participant during the classes.

22. The Organizer has the right to refuse a participant's entry to the Event if they show symptoms of illness, in particular those indicating the possibility of infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus. In such a situation, the ticket price paid by the participant will be refunded, less the costs that the Organizer has had to incur to date in connection with the contract concluded with the participant.

23. The Organizer has the right to deny participation in the Event to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants. In the above case, the participant is not entitled to a refund for the Event.

24. Event participants grant the Organizer royalty-free consent to record their image in promotional materials created during the Event and published in media belonging to Joy in me s.c.

25. Data processing is carried out to the extent specified by the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

26. The controller, i.e., the entity deciding how personal data—specifically: first name, last name, email address, phone number—will be used, is JOY IN ME PAULINA NIEDZIELSKA, JAGODA SCHÄPPER SPÓŁKA CYWILNA (registered business address and correspondence address: ul. 27. Complaints related to the Event will be accepted by the Organizer in written form, to the Organizer's address, within 14 days from the date of the Event's conclusion.

28. A Complaint Committee composed of representatives of the Organizer is appointed to settle complaints.

29. In the case of a complaint sent by mail, the date of dispatch is decisive.

30. Complaints submitted by participants will be considered by the Complaint Committee no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.

31. Interested parties will be notified of the complaint resolution by registered letter sent no later than 7 days from the date of the complaint's resolution by the Complaint Committee.

32. The decision of the Complaint Committee regarding the submitted complaint is final, which does not exclude the participant's right to pursue unsatisfied claims through court proceedings.
