“FREE BLENDER WITH SET” PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promotion Organizer

The promotion is organized by JOYINME, which conducts sales via the online store www.joyinmepl.sbs, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.

2. Promotion Rules

The promotion consists of receiving a blender worth 279 PLN as a gift with the purchase of a qualifying JOYINME product set.

The promotion covers sets in the following colors:

• Navy

• Calm Mauve

A set qualifying for the promotion is defined as the purchase of:

a top + shorts
or
a top + leggings

in one of the colors covered by the promotion.

One free blender is granted for every qualifying set.

3. Nature of the Gift

The blender is a promotional gift granted on the condition of purchasing and retaining the full set qualifying for the promotion.

The value of the blender for the purposes of settling the promotion is 279 PLN.

4. Return of Products Covered by the Promotion

The customer has the right to return products in accordance with applicable laws and the return policy of the JOYINME store.

If, as a result of returning one or more products, the purchase no longer meets the promotional conditions, i.e., the customer does not retain the full top + shorts or top + leggings set, they lose the right to the promotional gift.

In such a case, the blender must be returned along with the returned products.

If the customer does not return the blender, the value of the kept gift, amounting to 279 PLN, will be deducted from the refund, and the amount returned to the customer for the returned products will be reduced accordingly.

Example

A customer buys a top and leggings in Navy and receives a blender for free. Subsequently, they return the leggings, keeping the top. After the return, the purchase no longer meets the promotion condition; therefore, the customer must also return the blender.

If the blender is returned, the customer will receive the appropriate refund for the returned product.

If the blender is not returned, its value of 279 PLN will be taken into account during the settlement.

5. Returning the Entire Set

In the event of returning the entire set covered by the promotion, the customer must also return the blender received as part of the promotion.

6. Product Exchange

Exchanging a product size for another size of the same product does not result in the loss of the right to the gift, provided that the promotion conditions are still met after the exchange.

7. Complaints

The promotion does not limit the customer's statutory rights related to product complaints or other consumer rights under applicable laws.

8. Final Provisions

The promotion terms and conditions are available on the JOYINME website.

Participation in the promotion signifies acceptance of the offer under the terms specified in these regulations.

In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, applicable laws and the JOYINME online store regulations shall apply.
