Terms and Conditions of the "JOYINME on Tour - Joe Community&Movement Kraków" Event.

 

Terms and Conditions of the "JOYINME on Tour - Joe Community&Movement Kraków" Event, hereinafter referred to as the "Event"

  1. The organizer of the Event is JOY IN ME PAULINA NIEDZIELSKA, JAGODA SCHÄPPER SPÓŁKA CYWILNA (business address and correspondence address: ul. Ogrodowa 48/54, 00-876 Warsaw), tax identification number (NIP) of the civil partnership 5272882838, REGON number of the civil partnership 382567417, email address: contact@joyinmepl.sbs (hereinafter: Organizer)

  2. The Event consists of group Pilates classes with an instructor and will take place in Kraków at the address Przewóz 47, Kraków.

  3. The Organizer reserves that the pool of tickets for the classes is limited – 15 tickets are available for one yoga lesson on a selected day and at a selected time.

  4. One lesson lasts 50 minutes.

  5. The price of one ticket for one yoga lesson is 139 PLN.

  6. Ticket sales for the event are conducted via the website www.joyinmepl.sbs and Joe Movement Kraków.

  7. By purchasing a ticket, the participant agrees to the content of these Terms and Conditions and consents to the processing and disclosure of personal data by the Organizer for the purposes of executing the Event.

  8. All adults with full legal capacity may participate in the Event and, consequently, purchase tickets.

  9. It is not possible to enter the Event without prior purchase of a ticket for the appropriate group.

  10. It is not possible to attend the Event in a group other than the one for which the ticket was purchased.

  11. Purchased tickets are non-refundable.

  12. Hands must be disinfected upon entry and exit. Hand and mat disinfectant will be available on site.

  13. During classes, all instructions and remarks of the instructor leading the classes must be followed.

  14. The Organizer reserves the right to change the date of the Event or to cancel it (e.g., due to an escalation of the epidemiological situation), and in such a case, undertakes to inform participants electronically of the new date of the Event.

  15. By purchasing a ticket, persons participating in the Event declare that they have no health contraindications for performing physical exercises and participate in the classes at their own risk.

  16. In case of malaise, injuries, or other health problems, the class participant is obliged to inform the instructor of this fact before the start of the class.

  17. Minors without adult supervision, persons with health contraindications for physical activity, and pregnant women may not participate in the classes.

  18. The Organizer is not liable for any bodily harm, injury, health loss, or illness suffered by the participant during the classes.

  1. The Organizer has the right to refuse a participant's entry to the Event if they show symptoms of illness, in particular those indicating the possibility of infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus. In such a situation, the price of the ticket paid by the participant will be refunded, less the costs that the Organizer has had to incur thus far in connection with the person who entered into the agreement with the participant.

  2. The Organizer has the right to deny participation in the Event to anyone in a state indicating the consumption of alcohol or other intoxicating substances. In the above case, the participant is not entitled to a refund for the Event.

  3. Event participants grant the Organizer royalty-free consent for the recording of their image in promotional materials created during the Event and published in media belonging to Joy in me s.c.

  4. Data processing is carried out within the scope defined by the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

  5. The Controller, i.e., the entity deciding how personal data—specifically: name, surname, email address, phone number—will be used, is JOY IN ME PAULINA NIEDZIELSKA, JAGODA SCHÄPPER SPÓŁKA CYWILNA (business address and correspondence address: ul. Ogrodowa 48/54, 00-876 Warsaw), tax identification number (NIP) of the civil partnership 5272882838, REGON number of the civil partnership 382567417, email address: contact@joyinmepl.sbs

  6. Complaints related to the Event will be accepted by the Organizer in writing, sent to the Organizer's address, within 14 days from the end date of the Event.

  7. A Complaints Committee consisting of representatives of the Organizer is appointed to resolve complaints.

  8. In the case of a complaint sent by mail, the date of postage shall be decisive.

  9. Complaints submitted by participants will be reviewed by the Complaints Committee no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.

  10. Interested parties will be notified of the resolution of their complaint via registered letter sent no later than 7 days from the date the complaint was reviewed by the Complaints Committee.

  11. The decision of the Complaints Committee regarding the submitted complaint is final, which does not exclude the participant's right to pursue unsatisfied claims through court proceedings.
